Employability Manager is the training management system that guides your organization with the education of employees and helps to optimize performance. It ensures control and overview, but also that every employee knows what is expected.

The App
The app is developed is an addition to the Employability Manager. The app’s purpose is to give employees an overview of all training modules, instructions and education that are planned for them. Employees have the opportunity to easily see which trainings still need to be done, which instructions need to be read and which educations courses need to be followed. Moreover it is easy to see if they are late for a module.

Employability
Employability translates to the possibility to properly perform a job. In other words how well an employee is at doing his job. The Employability Manager helps you to get a clear insight into the employability of every operator at a certain work place or at a job.

Training and Instruction
The Employability Managers helps you to compile a Catalogue with all education & training modules in a simple overview.
It is possible to create an individual plan board for every employee with all the required training modules, instructions and education. Employees can login themselves to consult this plan board and start with trainings.

Skills
The Employability Manager offers the possibility to record and assess the skills of employees, but also gives a clear overview of the entire organization with the help of a skills matrix. For each employee the skills can be scored and a goal can be set.

Competences and assessment
The Employability Manager helps during the entire HRM assessment cycles. Making assessment forms, 360° feedback and personal development plans, everything is easily kept in one overview. Employees can also be given access to their own assessment and development plans and even give comments.
